momo streering wheel and boss help

has anyone fitted one of these kits having trouble fitting it
the boss is binding on somthing not sure what but the steering is tight
iv been tryin to fit it for hours.lol iv had to cut the plastic which is at the back of the wheel for the boss to fit but still its tight any help would be ace as the cars in the show at the weekend its the last thing to do on my list
