I'm going to look at an A3 tomorrow but the guy said it had no service history... Should I steer clear?
Was thinking theres no harm in going to look at condition of the car.
Its a dealier by the way. :?

hhmm.. I wouldn't be totally happy without it.

Obviously its not the end of the world. But it means you know exactly what's gone on, when the belt or clutch was last changed etc, it'll also be easier to sell it on with it.

If it was me I'd keep searching

If it has been serviced by Audi and the service book stamped, just no actual paperwork, I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it hasn't I would be most wary without a full engineers inspection.

Only if it has been serviced by them.
