Bike throttle bodies.

I am watching a set of Yamaha R6 throttle bodies on fleabay, the plan being to fit these and at some time fit a half decent cam-shaft. What else would I be looking at to change to fit these. I know I won't get that much power gain from this, but I don't care for that. I have a friend (mechanic) who has offered to lighten my flywheel, hence why I have decided to do this. I will also be looking at doing some other suitable engine mods, just to see what can be done.
