Unknown rattle

Just wondering if any of you guys could possibly diagnose a rattle i seem to have. Occurs loudest when travelling at about 30 mph in 3rd, sounds like its coming from the back of the car, sounds quite like the exhaust, would that be a loose bracket, or something similar? Thanks
