after lowering you obvioulsy need camber and tracking done!

dya have to have your headlights reset as well?

Take it to a garage that can do both, and ask them nicely they should reset the lights for free 8)

Dont the lights have self adjusters on them, i though it was one of the UK laws of having HID's ?

Yeh they do.... but they have a 'standard' height they re-adjust to. Lowering the car means this standard is too low, so you need vagcom to override it and manually change the standard setting to higher.
