coilovers

im just wondering, s-l-i-x is selling some coilies and am interested in buying them but does n e one know where u can get the spanners from for them?
also does n e one know if these ones are god or not? theyre in the for sale section just titled coilovers.

Evo.... I think they're the ones Jackson Tuning used to sell?
They're decent for the price.
Not sure about spanners sorry, but Halfords eBay or Awesome would probably have them?

Normally a C-Spanner is included with the coilovers.

other thing i was gonna ask is if its to low and rubbing on the inner arch lining stuff, if i removed it would of affect an mot or be illegal? also wat exactly is arch rolling? if these were removed is there n e bits of metal or stuff that could damage the wheels?

Yeh you can remove the plastic lining, it does help.
rolling the arches - basically, feel under your arch, you can feel an edge there, rolling an arch rolls this lip on itself so the lip is flush.
Hard to explain, this should help
Look at this pic, the bottom of the arch isn't rolled, the top is.....
