Annoying noise when the car starts

Anyone had this problem where when you start the car...- the car talks back at you???
I'm not joking.. the car now makes a "urrrhhh" noised, when it starts???
Is this the starter motor needs oiling or something easy to fix?
Any knowledge appreciated.
