good stuff mate, mines booked in awesome on thursday, its getting a new south performance power gasket fitted and the 2 sets of uprated wishbone bushes, seat sports and powerflex ones, so inlet temps and braking issues will be improved soon too

everyone seems to be tinkering with their gti's just lately, you can tell the weathers getting better haha

yeah, suspension is defo a thing to do for the looks and handling, as are brakes for safety, if your doing the brakes though, i recommend getting the wishbone bushes fitted at the same time, seat sport back and powerflex fronts, as its all done at once then,

mine have become weak after just 2 - 3 months with the 312mm golf IV anniversary brake setup with tarox disks and pads with goodridge stainless hoses, maybe because mines a bit more uprated than the usual uprated conversion, i dont know

as for drop links both of them had snapped (not at the same time) the threaded bar where they fasten at the top iirc, but only on the stock suspension,

they were both replaced under warrenty by vw then dropped 50 mm on the coilovers and had no issues since, a strange one i know, but hey
