Noisey A/C Compressor

Hi guys

When i turn my A/C on i get a whinning or whooshing noise from the compressor, it still blows out very will a regass and some new oil solve it or does it need a whole new pump.

Sounds more like a bearing/belt/ AC clutch/ issue to me....
