how do you gey the front amd back speakers out of a 3 door 6n2 gti???

take the door card off then u can get to the speakers, if u have tweeters unscrew the plastic cover and out theyll come. im afraid this is best help i can be as only had a fiddle with a 6n that didnt have rear speakers

You need to remove the door cards by following a haynes manual or similar. Basically you just need to remove the screws behind the handles, and the screw near the tweeter on the front speakers. On the rear its just the screw on the bottom below the seatbelt mount on the doorcard. The speakers then unscrew.
