Collected my car from Forge, had a FMIC fitted to my car. Thanks to everyone at Forge motorsport. What a great team and company they are (my personal experience). Always happy to answer questions and everything has top quality workmanship.

Lowers the stock intercooler temp from around 60 to almost 20 degrees. The car pulls, and keeps pulling like there is no tomorrow. Very impressed so far. I'm running it without the front grill until the honeycombe grill set 8) arrives.

Unfinished mock up/dummy IC they use for size. More than twice as wide and little taller than the stock IC (for size comparison). They're not messing around when they say 130% bigger

Looking suberb, It's gonna look mint once the honeycomb is in the centre section with the FMIC visable in background.

Have you heard any more from our Chinese friend?

I'll get in touch with China through Adam mid week. Eventhough the payment has left me, understandably it wont get there for a few days yet.

Thanks for comments on the intercooler. With the grill on it looks perfectly in proportion to the bumper but in reality without it looks much better.

Someone else got the development role, mine was used to double check fitting instructions etc. Perfect fit - probably diy-able.

Will check dimensions in the morning too & post.

i imagine it will, there seems to be plenty of room, and the washer motors fit in the crash bar, and there is no modifying of the crash bar needed to fit the cooler, so its looking good

forge intercooler conversions are made with headlamp washer cars in mind unless otherwise stated in its description, so again, looking good good good

As they've yet to decide what its going to cost I completely forgot to ask for you guys how much its going to cost.

I paid just £525, that was a special one off as I lent them the car & was supposed to be the donor in the first instance.
