Wheel bearing gone for the 3rd time (possibly)

When I got my wheels just over 2 years ago the wheel nuts I got were too long and as a result one of the my hubs and abs sensors got damaged and had to be changed along with the wheel bearing. About 2 months later the wheel bearing went again.
Around last October there was a noise again when turning the wheel to the right which I put down to slight rubbing on the arch lining as I'd just put the car lower. The car failed it's MOT in January due to a knackered wheel bearing (same side). In the last couple of weeks there's definitely a noise again (unless I'm being paranoid

) . It's under guarantee so I'm not worried about that, but it does worry me if it does actually need changing again.
Is there any possible cause why this could be happening?

Is your car perfectly level Alun? Lowered cars generally put more pressure on the bearings, so an unlevelled car may trick the same one to go alot quicker?

It did used to be a bit lower on the front driver's side, which is the side I've been having trouble with .. but it's all even now.
I do need to get my tracking & camber done though, I haven't had it done since I adjusted my coilovers a couple of months or so ago. My front tryes are wearing on the outside, and I've got shaking in my steering wheel at a certain speed.

Do you think the fact I have 16" wheels makes it worse also?

Yeh the camber and tracking won't help it! I'd put it down to a combination of all mentioned here. Uneven stance at one point, larger wheels and incorrect camber and tracking!

Ohh man, I've got so many small problems I need to sort out at the moment. Needs a service, new tyres (possibly), wheel bearing (possibly), camber and tracking

Wanna swap? I need a new gearbox, release bearing, possible clutch cable and battery

u should look at it like this!
if u lower it 100m it puts 5 times the force on the hub then if u go up 2 16's that dubbles so 10 times the force then add in bad camber and tracking and u get the idear!
(those figgers are all made up by the way but just 2 show u how it works)
hope that helps!

Oh, I forgot to mention .. my gearbox whines in 1st and 5th gear also .. but I have my original one (long story) in my garage incase it does go completely so not massively worried.
