hi all got a few problems with ma polo erm usually the car wont start without revving it and will cut out in slow moving traffic and my air bag light is on erm... the electric windows are a pain in the arse and sometimes go back down when im trying to put them up and they neva go up without me helping them oh and one other thing please lol can sum1 tell me what mm the throttle bodie is because i would like to fit an induction kit butn i need a silicon hose but i need the measurment of the throttle bodie if ne1 knows please tell us as it saves me a bit of time and hassle lol

First off your polo sounds no different to mine, With the exception of an air bag and electric windows. I've tried numerous things to make it run better. Your throttle body is based under your air box. unclip the hose leading to the box, and there are 4 screws that hold the air box ontop of the TB, they're also numberd. Removed the vaccum pipes from under the airbox (if it has any) and there should be your TB staring stright at you. While its off, give your TB a good clean, use a rag and some carb cleaner. You want the external diameter for the fitting of hose to the TB.

windows need reseting take it to vw or try holdin ur finger on the botton down for 10 sec then wind it up on manual then hold it at the top for 10 secs if that doesn t work then take it to vw but will be expensive knowin vw
