Offset on 13 inch weller steels ?

Thinking of buying 13 inch black wellers which are 8 inch wide. i saw that the offset is ET-10 . . . dont know anything bout offset's so dont know if i bought these if they would be ok or will i have to make changes for example spacers ? btw i'm lowering the car basicly to the floor or quite close to.

basically the lower the offset, the more it'd stick out from your arch. Its a measurement of from the centre of the rim to the outer edge.

Oh so as the offset on 13 inch by 8inch weller wheel is ET-10 does that mean it will stick out 10 mm of the arch ? sorry for the silly question bit of novice this advise really helps
