wiper size?

Does anyone know the official drivers wiper size? Ive just went and got one from halfords, looked at the book and it says 19". So I get home (rather stupdily went in a different car and didnt measure it before went) and the current drivers one is a lot larger at 21"!

Off hand does your mk4 have 21" ones ? Or has mine got the wrong one on to start with. Im not sure. Ill just stick on it if its meant to be 19" you see, otherwise Ill take it back.

Thanks for your input, silly question I know, wasnt in the hayes and different sites say different things.

with aero wipers you need the correct arms. on my corrado i tried a shortcut and not buyin the arms. didnt do too well. they would sit flush with the window. they were too curled and arched off the glass

When I got mine, they were 19's too!
