After a quick search online i'm stumped.
anyone know where i can get some hub adaptors to fit Audi 5 stud to my 4 stud polo?
or would a new 5 stud hub from a golf be easier (and stronger?)?
cheers

It's 'THE' hot question of the modding scene I believe.
Couple of options have been suggested so far.
1. Redrill the wheels. It's been done and it looks 'ok'; that is, the holes slightly overlap. You need wheels with caps that cover the holes for this.
2. Custom made adapters. I know a guy that ran GTI wheels (the Mk4 ones) on his 4-stud 6N, using custom made adapters. Apparently, it worked. They were 17mm thick IIRC. AFAIK, no one as yet makes these for the general public.

might have known you would have answered first
drilling isnt an option (thay are TT comps).
So what do you think to fitting golf hubs? how diffucult would that be?
A mate had some 5 stud adapters custom made for his Pug 205 and i think they cost him about £200

I know fitting new hubs etc would be a right pain in the @ss, but isn't that the best and strongest solution? I'd be wary about making adapters, it's the only thing that connects you to the road, after all....
If you got the golf hubs, you'd automatically be uprating the brakes - two birds with one stone?
Are the newer polo hubs out of the question?

Hubs could work. There's a VR6 Mk4 somewhere in Germany that has full Golf VR6 brakes/hubs, or so the owner claims. It has 5 stud wheels though so he must be right.
Still don't know if it's hard or not...

And i'm sure i read that JBS G60 has VR6 brakes...
What about Dave's idea of swapping to 9n hubs? would this be much easier (but probably loads more expensive?)
