ha ha rinsed ... its a type of martial art called capoiera its well hard and bresk dancing came from it ... but yer ... RINSED!

i watched that the other day . . its a scene from a film called "never back down" its a very good film as it goes, some very good fight scenes in it!

not the best film tim like fast and furious but fighting thats how i would describe it well funny some good fights scenes tho
