Hey Guys,

Just bought myself a set of coilovers for 150 off the bay- interested to hear ur guys advice on bumpstops- should i bother to replace the bump stops with new ones and if so where to get them from?

or should i just slap them coilovers on and slam her!

I currently have 7j x 15 with 195/50 toyos

im sure the wheels are 100+ or team dynamics dtm style

just had new gearbox as my prev one disintegrated! lol there goes my funds for the respray!

It's advisable to have the top mounts changed at the same time, for it saves getting it all back out again. think how old your car is, your mounts will have taken a fair beating, and to then carry the strain of coilovers also....

I'd look at getting lower profile tyres along the way dude, 195/45s are the standard for that size wheel, and will mean you can get alot lower without the things scrubbing.

Also, Grease the coilovers with copper grease mate, Will prevent them from ceasing and rusting up!

It's totally up to you mate. Does the car feel like it needs new bushes? Personally I would have got them done when you got the wishbones done.

Does anyone know what coilovers these are? Are they TA Technix (for £150 offer, thats a steal compared to over on CP!)?
