Advice wanted about engine conversions in a Mk4 Polo

I've been thinking about this trackday toy using my daily driver mk4 16v as a base, startin a few smallish mods first,
First, G60 brakes (front and rear)
then Coilovers, ARB's, Strut Braces
then............ strip it, cage it and then do an engine conversion.....
Thinking about it realistically, i've read from a few people that mk4's dont have front engine mounts...
For people that have done this type of thing themselves......
How difficult would it be to put something like a G60 Engine/Gearbox, Mk3 16v Engine/Gearbox into the bonnet of my Mk4 Polo ?
Would like an idea of cost too off people who would take a project like this on as a business as I would be quite capable of doing the brakes myself, but the engine might be a little too much for me to take on myself.
Ball park figure, how much is it gonna cost me ? Is it worth me startin the small mods now, or ditch the idea completely and buy something thats already been done ?
Thanks in advance,
Scott
