anyone know how to change the headlight bulbs cause it proven difficult at the moment

i had to change the headlight bulb on our tdi. if its on the passenger side i think you have to take the battery out first so u can remove the plastic cover. then its just a case of undoing the clip and pulling the old bulb out and replacing it with the new one.(make sure u don't touch the glass on the new bulb as the oil from your hands makes them burn out much quicker!)

u don't have to remove the battery, we done it without, it might be worth it though, would give ya a hell of alot more room to work in! its definatly a bit of a fiddle, but its ok once ya get the hang of it. also, be careful with the plastic covers, they have to locating parts n they can break easily!

i can get the covers off but finding it difficult to get the bulb out dont know how to get/ open the black holding box without breakin something

i must admit, it is a bit on the difficult side! not sure wot to say really, be careful n don't loose ur temper
