fault code 00533 keeps coming back

Hi people! my 8v 6n seems to be idling roughly/juddering a bit and seems to be slower accelerating, so plugged my code reader in and low and behold I had a code! think I had this fault code before and the garage just sprayed carb cleaner down the throttle body, this didnt get rid of the code straight away but did evenutually! is there a part that might need replacing? is this a common fault? any ideas would be great!!

oh forgot to mention that its got a K&N induction kit fitted, could it be the oil getting in to the throttle body? should I just throw it in the bin?! lol
