wheel refurb

Bought a set of wheels the other day so started off splitting the wheels and removing the tyres, then nitromors the lips of the wheels, then used 240 grit then 400 grit wet and dry paper, this is where i am so far, as it started getting dark.
heres a few pics...
ill update this thread as i make progress in the refurb! let me know what u think. cheers.

update, finished off the first wheel today, went threw all the grit papers up to 1200grit, then used some Autosol metal polish and a soft cloth, then used a blob of autosol with some 1200 grit, then buffed off again with soft cloth..
This is how it turned out....

are they poor pics of the shine or are they quite dull?
im currently refurbing mine and have got a much better finish by sanding in the direction of the rim which gave a finish like yours then after that sand perpendicular to the edge for ultimo shinno.
then use the polish.
sanding with the shape of the rim
sanding against the rim
