MOT time, de-wipered, lowering

will my car pass its MOT de-wipered and does it need to be a certain height

Rear wiper? it'll pass absolutely fine.

Height is sometimes an issue, depends if the examiner feels it's unsafe or not.

Wiper is not an issue on the back,

As for the height, car can be any height you want, only way it will fail is if it won't get on the brake tester, the springs fall out of monut when in the air and the wheels/tyres do not foul the body work in any way.

Minimum of 20mm travel. And as said must not foul, no wheels rubbing in arches or anything.

I also had trouble getting on the ramp. Even tho i raised the coilovers. LOL
