Please help...
I washed my car today and when I wanted to put it back in the garage, I noticed a puddle of coolant on the garage floor the size of a cd. the car being all wet it made it more difficult to spot anything, but nevertheless I couldn't find any signs of coolant. I checked the water lines, around the thermostat housing, around the cooler... nothing. Finally, I got under the car and checked there. I saw a few drops of coolant hanging from the bottom of the engine, wiped them off and after a few minutes there it was again: a drop of coolant reappeared. I can't explain exactly as I'm not too familiar with the engine parts, but it 's where the transmission? (gearbox?) is attached to the engine. there are two holes and a big cogwheel can be seen inside, I think it's the clutch. the coolant drips from these holes...
I changed the thermostat two days ago and spilled some coolant onto the gearbox in the process. Could some of it got into the clutch or somewhere and is now leaking out?? Or have I f*cked something up and the coolant is leaking somewhere from the engine?

you'lll be able to tel if its coolant as it will go all white (like lime scale) so wash the engine bay down with degreaser and see where it comes from when dry

There is a coolant pipe that runs over the gearbox casing and up into the back of the engine if I remember correctly. You may have an issue with that
