All you asked for, including wiring kit! 12" sub (not 10" tho), & change £5 change!
Car Audio Direct-JBL Package Deal.
or cheaper! £15 change from your 200!!!! (12" sub again)
C.A.D.-Kicker Package Deal.
Or cheaper still, for £175, (another 12"!)
C.A.D.-Vibe Package Deal.
Or total budget package at £105! (10"!)
C.A.D.-FLI Package Deal.
Give's you an idea of what's on offer! If it was me, i'd spend the 200 on a decent amp & component speakers, & get a sub & seperate amp at a later date, or upgrade the fronts.
Best person to answer your question is Tim, he's well up with his ICE! He'll be replying shortly no doubt!!!!

If i had that choice, i'd go for the JBL package. As i said i prefer component speakers!

That said, you get plenty for your money in that package deal, & you can build up from there.

Amp & Sub package will do the job ok for you, same with the 6x9's. How are you going to run the rear speakers? Off the head unit, or are you wanting to run a seperate amp for them?
Head Unit you've selected is ok if you just want a general stereo, Pioneer is good (what i've got!) it's just that model can only run one amp (one set of RCA pre-outs), if you want something you can build on then spend your money on a decent head unit that you can develop a system round, pointless to spend twice!!
Have a look at this
Clarion, may not be your thing, however for a fiver extra you are getting 3 sets of pre-outs (front, rear & sub). So it's expandable!
It's your money, however spend it well & you'll get a nice system!
And just to confuse you more, have a look at
these, same price & make as your 6x9's, however you may find them better! Just a thought!

i am not sure how i am goin to run it through.. am quiet new to this stuff!
i was tinking of connecting 2 front speaker to the head unit and connect the 6x9 to the amp?
you really got me confuse with the pioneers speakers lol what are they for?

If you connect both 6x9 & Sub to a single amp you won't get a very good overall sound, you will NEVER get the optimum out of either sub or speaker. A sub needs low frequency & is best driven by an amp on its own, withn it set for low frequency only. Either buy another amp for your rear speakers, or run them off your head unit for now until you get the money for another amp.
The pioneer component speakers are seperate woofers & tweeters, low frequency sound is easy to direct around, higher frequency is more directional. Hence component speakers allow you to position the tweeter away from the woofer & direct it towards the listener (you!). Plus they have a crossover that seperates the high/low frequencies to woofer/tweeter, thus giving a 'cleaner' sound.
Have a look around some of the audio shops/sites for more info, i've only recently converted to components, & now wouldn't go back to 6x9's!!!
Also put a post in the ICE forum on here, should get a good response.
Hope that helps.
PS. nearly forgot, put up your location as someone might be up for helping you that is close by.

I'm not that clued up with ICE, I just know what to go for and what not to.
Right as your 'new to this', I'll give you a really quick and basic run down of first of all which speakers to choose.
Audio works in frequencies, the more you cover the better the sound (put really really blunty

).
Bass is low freq, treble is high freq. If you've got a decent speaker covering all the frequencies, your going to get a good all round sound.
First no no is NOT to get a set of 6X9s with a sub, for they all cover low frequencies, and your audio will sound muddy, with no top end. (put very generally)
Tweeters (tiny speakers) cover high freq well. So it's a good idea to include these in your setup.
And it just so happens that they make a wide variety of 'component speakers'. These include a speaker of say 17cm (perfect for the Polo), a tweeter (small trebel speaker), and crossover (a small box to tell which signal to go to which speaker). These component sets are generally great for outputting mid to high range frequencies, and at great quality. There are four speakers per set so the audio is alot fully.
These component sets backed with a subwoofer are a perfect combo for car audio.
So:
6.5" component set up front, with a 2 channel amplifier or needed
and 12" subwoofer at the back, powered by a mono amplifier.
Job Done.
Look at JBL sub kits, they are good for first time buyers, and depending on your budget with what speakers to buy. I'd try and budget £100 for them though (Plus an amp if you want to properly power them), cehck out Alpine, Pioneer JBL or Kenwood I suppose for these.

i was thinking of gettin this HU..
http://www.pioneer.co.uk/uk/products/25 ... index.html
with these components speakers.. ( you said that 16cm fit perfectly on a polo which is 6" but your telling me to get 6.5"? xD
http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/pioneer ... -6665.html
would the HU be enough to power my speakers or do i need to buy a amp? could you suggest how many watts?
i was thinking of gettin the subwoofer and amp later on when i get the money!
Thanks for helping!

Sorry, bad typo! I ment to say 17cm, I've changed it now.
Yeh mate, that's a good start. That amp will power those speakers just fine

. Just a pointer though, that HU only has one pre-out. Meaning it'll power your amp for the sub fine, but you won't be able to power a speaker amp at the same time easily, without getting slightly technical about or spending more money on other pieces of equipment. It's perfectly doable though (It's what I'm currently doing), but if you don't know much about car audio you may want to get a second pair of hands in or do a bit of research for powering two amps with one pre-out (as I said, there's a few ways to do it).
I don't think you'd need an external amp for those speakers anyway, I'm just warning you for the future
Good idea, get a feel for the speakers and headunit. Then save up a bit more for the sub and amp after.

Aye mate, that's looks better.
If your using it for your iPod just remember it says connects via 'optional cable'..... so the cable is sold seperately.

You will most likely have to make them fit. Mine needed persuading as they are larger than the original factory ones due to the spec of the speakers, but those should fit in with minor adjustment
Just dont cut half your thumb off like i did while trying to make them fit!
