Help!!! Polo Wheel and Tyre Needed!!

hi all, my brother has just clonked the kerb and trashed one of his alloys (and wishbone 
) so i'm either after a cheap replacement one of these alloys (with or without tyre depending on price):
or a full set of any cheap wheels (alloys or steels) with tyres to replace the lot to get him back on the road.
car is an N reg polo (mk4? is that right? lol
) with a 1.0l engine.
needs to be within in collecting distance from bournemouth/poole or we can pay for postage!!!
