How do you add pics to your profile and to forum post's?

I am on photo bucket but not sure how to put pics as it says above. Hope someone can help me! Cheers.
Once you've uploaded your pic, hover your mouse over the picture, and some links will popup underneath it. You want to copy the the link that starts with [img ], and ends in a [/img], then paste this into your reply bar on here.
