advice mk3 1.3mpi cl abd conversion?

hi i'm after some info on getting some more poke out of my mint with a hole, as i have a mk2 golf gti and its a fair power drop :s but i cant afford to pay £200 a month insurance anymore lol.
heard about the abd bottom end, i was just wondering what i'd need to do
will the current gearbox match up, what engine mounts fit etc...
and what do i need to change to get my injection system from bosch to digifant?
