6n speaker sizes?

Hi I am looking to upgrade the dash tweeters and door speakers in my 1997 polo, just wanted to double check the sizes of these as i am buying from the internet. I'd appreciate any feedback.

6.5" in the doors
tweeter in the dash but it will take a 3.5" coaxial
best bet is to make a template of the tweeter housing thats already there and make 3mm mdf one to mount new tweeter into
