LEAKING SUNROOF [HELP PLEASE]

hey,
Its been a cold wet winter and the rubbers on the polo are knackered.
Well the rubbers around the sunroof are knackered and also the sunroof framework seams to be at a slight angle.
This has let the water come in, run down the front windscreen (therefore making it condensate constantly) and then running down through cables then into the carpet where it has soaked through.
I have therefore spent most of the weekend sat in the car with a portable heater blowing onto the carpets (sigh)
If anyone can offer me some help and advice or simply a direction on how much the job will cost if you have experienced this before, or even where is the best place to go.
