in mcdonalds in cwmdu this afternoon? looked pretty low, on a private plate and had stickers on the side strips "R170" ???

anyone on here? also anyone know what the "R170" is all about?

I keep seeing this parked on the way out of Swansea train station. Plate is "gill" with numbers after it. Anyone know the specs on this? Not a gti as far as I can see.
