What size engine have you got?

1.9 tdi so that should be the same weight.....Any idea how much lower they are than normal polos??

correct. if you have a sport then theres no point as sports are lowered 15mm over standard..

I have a sport thats lowered on 40mm springs problem is the roads round here seem to be shXt and getting worse so tempted to put it back to standard and I can get a part used vrs kit at cheap. Otherwise tempted to just buy the kit for the dampers as think mine could be going.

i'm tempted to put my car back onto standard springs/shocks as it sucks lol
