LogIK has just found a decent-ish pair of GT's I'm just wondering if there's anytihng worth stripping of it? (Rib strips?
)
I'll be needing the dash of it whatever because the last time I got a rev counter, that's all I got, and I was a bit dissapointed.
I'm also thinking about the gearbox... Will this be a major job? I really want a 5th gear because I do tend to get upto 60mph a lot and want to save a bit of petrol.

They are breaking, right ? I might have a few bits if thats the case. Gearbox is quite a job, not easy for a novice.

not yet, but i've started going to school in it. andf i know some jealous pikey b****rd will rob it. so im after a spare one. also thought about getting a cheapo golf gti badge and cutting the I off the end, and just putting my propper one back on for shows
