Which Oil?

I'm doing a oil change this weekend and obviously need some oil.
Can someone recommend a decent middle of the road price/quality product and where do buy it from?
Its for a 1.6 8v

Titan XTR 10w/40. 5L for under £20 from GSF. They deliver.

Just give them a ring mate. I've never delt with GSF any other way.
