question for you all, im looking to order soon as so i can get the car decked sooner than later

local motor factors sells them £14 each, but he said they are oem quality or better metal ones but not sided

e bay sells them - £15 each but say oem quality or better and are metal ones and they are sided

or another on e bay sells them, they are a £5er each and just advertise as metal, but not sided

my question is which sound best, as i dont want to be replacing my vw drop links with something worse quality than what im taking off

move the front arb from how it sits, to a slightly different position, so you can go low low with no banging the arb and drivesharts

Anyone know if the 1.2 ARB is the same size as the GTi, therefore making this mod applicable for lesser engined models?

Anybody else bought the droplinks in Jeffs ebay link.

I bought some last week and they arrived fine. Was going to fit them today but took them out the packaging and found one was the wrong type. Has the threaded swivel section that bolts onto ARB and the strut pointing the same way, the other one is fine.

Checked the packaging and they have differant part numbers, the only problem is I dont know which one came out of which packet. One is part no:ELB-1025 and the other ELB-1023. Anybody still got them in the packaging or have the packaging that can check which is the correct part number so I can contact the seller and get him to send me the proper one.

Cheers, David
