Where can i buy a VAG COM?

Recently cleaned my throttle body and wanted to reset it so that it open and closes perfectly using a vag com. I also wanted to read the fault codes on the dash. Does any1 no where can i get vag com from and if the ones on eBay for £20 are the right ones?
