Slight miss-firing

My Polo (2000 plate GTI) feels like it’s misfiring ever now and again when I put my foot down a bit, it just has a sudden break in power momentarily then comes back (it’s literally less than a second).
Any idea’s guys? would it just be the plugs need replacing?

What car do you have buddy? How long ago were your plugs and/or leads changed?

you should really know. Check all your receipts and logbook to find out. And if necessary, speak to the previous owner.

I was just saying in general. It's good to know the exact history of your car. It won't actually help in solving the problem though, unless you find a lead recently replaced that wasn't genuine or something for instance.
Give GSF a ring for the sparks and leads. They stock both.

I had the exact same problem! And it was the leads.
Is there no sparks coming from them?? That's exactly what my polo was doing, the little bugger.
Make sure you change all 4 at the same time too - Will save you more problems with them, and money!
