I am also keen to know this. I had a go a while back but I couldn't for the life of me get the front door panels off.
As for the rear speakers, I don't have any.

Only one I could find in the DIY Guides was hosted externally as a PDF, and the link was broken.

I can HALF help you
I'm in the middle of doing this myself.
TO REMOVE (FRONT) DOOR CARDS- The plastic grab handle on the door has a part that comes off, Prise it away with a flat head screwdriver. there will be two screws under them! Un-do them!
Then at the very bottom of the door card along the bottom of the door, there is 3/4 screws (different head this time) un-screw these. THEN! get a screw driver with cloth around (no scratches) and prise the plastic of the door card away from the metal of the door, generally start on the bottom right, opposite side from the speaker, work your way around and then push it upwards whilst pulling towards yourself and it should come away. make sure to disconnect any wires before yanking it away!
As for fitting the speakers, this is where i am stuck. The OEM ones are rivetted onto the inner metal of the door! I have the speaker adapters required for fitting replacements however i am concerned on how i will fit these to the door! so if anyone can help me with that part, it would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers, Adam

Just to add to this usefull guide get replacement door panel clips they're pennies each and you will break some of them no matter how carefull you are taking the panel off. the different type screws are torx type tx 20 if I remember correctly.
