Flatbed filters

My 1.9tdi does 150bhp i'm thinking of adding a BMC flatbed filter. Do any of you guys have flatbed filters installed in your tdi's? What does it help? Any power gain or just reduced turbo lag?
P.S. I do have a pd160 intake and decat already with front mount intercooler and dimsport remap!
