Exchange?

A guys offered me to exchange his golf mk4 gti with a audi tt lump, r32 kit all smoothed, lowered 40mm, r32 exhuast, brand new bbs rims. I liked the sound of it but as for not having a turbo car before i dnt know if it would give me problems. Its got 89,000 on the engine. HOPE YOU REPLY I DO NEED HELP LOL CHEERS EVERYONE

The 1.8T VAG engines, 225bhp TT one included, are generally bulletproof providing they have been properly serviced, think your only worry could be turbo issues at 100k+ miles. Hope this helps a wee bit.

lol, the guy offered me it aswell!,, i aint to sure about the engine change though...i prefer to leave it pure golf engine. But its an offer to consider, however my car just got titnted, so im planning to keep it lol.

Do your research mate. Get on a few mark4 forums, edition 38, uk-mkivs.net. Look up the 225 BAM engine and see what it's all about, how it works, what's it strengths and weakness' are.

Im not too sure i might even not touch that. When i sell the gti im rely looking forward to buy a bmw compact 325ti
They really good as i heard 2.5 ltr 6 cyl 193 bhp what ya guys reckon??

Stick with the polo or the Golf.

Ha, that'll make it ten times better... However, those compact boots a very ugly. Don't get a BMW, go Audi.

well the 325ti got a m sport bodykit wich looks nice and fat. if it was audi i will go for a tt or a s3 wich insurance will kill me
