9n3 lights just arrived, struck a bit of a problem

i had a crack at fitting them. but i seem to have broken one of the connectors, there a bastard to get out. i cant get any of the other out and the one i have got out has snapped. any ideas on what i can do ??

Are you saying that getting the existing cable connectors to release from the original clusters is a problem, or that stripping down the original connectors is a problem. Unplugging them should be a piece of wee.
