hi all, firstly my name's Sergi and im pretty new here, i've got a 97 6n polo 1.4CL, standard apart from some 14" VW rims.
looking to get some other rims and do some bits and pieces to it..
here's some pics of when i first got it

(pics taken before i passed btw

)
firstly i've got a choice of getting some 15x7 ATS Cups or some 14x6 BBS e30 rims..not sure which would suit the car best - opinions?
secondly does anyone have any advice on insurance with coilovers/springs? really want my arse draggin but i know insurance companies dont.. any way of getting round that?
also any other suggestions to what i can do would be awsome
thanks
Sergi

I'd go for the ATS cups also. If you do, go for 165/50/15 tyres, definitely.
Try Bell insurance also mate, they're good with young drivers and modifications

they're fitted with 195/50/r15 tyres atm.. what would the difference be? not too sure on tyre sizes!

They suit 7s better than 195/45s. they have a tidy stretch to them

i see.. when i need to change them ill get some 165s for them. hoping they'll look sweet as on my polo either way haha
anyone suggest any coilovers or springs to lower it?

Oh I just noticed you said 195/50s. They won't look so great, the tyre profile is pretty huge, they'll scrub especially if you go lower.
I'd get them on 165/50s before they go on.
Definitely get coilovers mate.
