As above drive slowly and also try snake over the speed bumps. Come in at angle.
Try keep at least 100mm clearance from the ground when lowering your car. iirc

Just go with the flow, it's hard telling somebody what's a great height that looks good and will not have issues with speedbumps, everybodies car is different and everyone has a different oppinion.
Get a stance that you like the look of first. Then take it for a drive a see how it goes, then just adjust accordingly. That's the beauty of coilovers

Exactly what Tim said ^^
All depends on your personal preferance and situation. It also depends on your rims/tyres etc. Most of the locals have their polo's about 10-20mm lower then mine but then again I drive around sith 5 adults in it quite often so I won't lower it any further. I also have enough trouble scraping the gas tank guard against bumps so its a sign I should stop lol.
Just go with what you can manage and prefer and make adjustments to suite your driving needs.

i got to compromise with my height. cant be to high cause it dont like it but cant be to low cause my gfs drive has a dip and if its to low i will scrape my front bumper and exhaust so ive made it low enough so the arch gap all round the wheel is the same and i have 15" alloys with 45 profile tyres on.
