Received mine today, but i'm finding it really difficult to get all four holes lined up

Do i need to push it pretty hard against the rubber seal and does the strut constantly touch the seal/plastic when it is fitted?

Thanks!

Hi mate,

yes its a bit of a tight fit, yes if you push it it will go in to place and yes it will always be touching the rubber strip

yeah mine always touches the rubber, i thought it was odd at first, mine was also tight getting the other side lined up to the holes, but just had to put plenty pressure on it and it should go in, just haha

Where can I source one from? i looked at Forge ones, but you can't change the air filter without taking it off...

Does seat one can stay in place, whilst getting the filter changed?

I am in New Zealand... thanks.

From a Seat dealership mate...and like Kenny said, you have to take it off to access the airbox properly, only four bolts though :)

remove the mounting screw from the rear of the air box, when you then need to change filter pull the boxx forward and take it off
