RUBBER on alloys?

iv got a bit of a problem because my frount alloys are covered in dots of rubber from cornering it just wont come off iv tried loads of things, butter, thinners and elbow grease, does any 1 have any suggestions , and also any good alloy cleaner u can think of that can clean inside my weels where its stained with dirt.

Are you sure it's not brake dust?
Waxwizard/Swissol MC2 cleaner might be able to shift it.

or if that doesn't work I would suggest using a clay bar. It can be used to remove the ground on dirt such as tar spots from your alloys. It's easiest to remove the alloys to work on them. And remember, should you use a clay bar on them, then you will need to re-wax them afterwards, as the clay bar will strip any existing wax off.
