My clutch has been noisy and gritty for a while, had a new clutch about 10 months ago, then today, the clutch wudnt come to the top on the way back up, and the bite became very low, then i heard a crack and the craking went, but the gears became very hard to engage, im hoping my pedal box hasnt broke, but does sound like it has?

sounds like it has to me... thats what happened when mine went it slowly got worse then the pedal wouldnt lift... cost me 50 quid to have it fixed by a mate but i dunno how much it is to get it done at a garage i was told its 4-5 hours labour to get it out and in again ...
