Greetings.

Do these strips on a '98 6N have holes underneath...

...or are they glued and can they be removed with fishing line and this (just bought me one for debadging the rear..)?

No holes in 6n's

Just heat the badges and strips before removal. Use a fishing line, card or anything similar. You can then remove the excess glue with methanol spirit. Its how i've done mine but its been talked about a bit so do a topic search.
