alternator/voltage regulator

I had to get my voltage regulator replaced as the alternator wasn't charging the battery. Also replaced the STILL ORIGINAL (!) battery. One day the warning lights started to come on on my dash: atlernator/battery, abs, airbag, check light and handbrake light with an annoying beep with it, and the car wouldn't turn over after I parked it. So I replaced the batery but the alternator/battery light was still on. I took the car to a 'car electrician' and he replaced the faulty voltage regulator.
One thing that Ihave noticed though, is that my ABS light which was with me every day before, is not there anymore 8) (for about 2 weeks) Could it be that there wasn't enough voltage prior to the battery change and the computer shut down the abs unit?
