Climate control problem

My climate control seems to be blowing out hot air even what the temp is on low? Also it doesnt blow out as strong as it used to. Anyone got any idea of what this could be?

Has it been serviced at all recently? Just once when my old GTi was serviced something was unplugged from the air con at the front of the engine bay, resulting in it only blowing hot.
Otherwise it might just need regassing.
