Exact Colour of my car

Sup. Finally getting my spoiler painted and need to know the exact colour for obvious reasons. Was going to take the petrol tank flap off but then after speaking to a mate, realised this was a lot of hassle and all i need to the name of the exact colour of my car. Its silver but my car is the exact same colour as john's polo:

Whats the exact name of the colout to tell the paintwork guy so its just right. Cheers

There should be a sticker underneath the floor of the booth beside the spare wheel with the paint cose on it

Cheers, but just been out to have a look and theres many different codes on it, and there isnt a part which actually states the paint code, with the number so I havent got a clue which one it is. Ill have a little look through my manual but they usually dont help.

Yeh my car is the exact same colour as urs. Do u know what the colour code is or will the sprayers be alright with knowing that its reflex silver or do i need to be more precise.

i think it is... LST 0m2 A7W. i think, check if that is on the sticker in the car.
